This form allows for on-line registration. For those uncomfortable with provision of credit card information (e.g., number and expiration date), please omit credit card data (except credit card type) and submit all other information on this form by pressing the Submit Form button. Send credit card information separately by Fax (+1-703-360-3954). Fax is in secure location. 

Secure transaction option via PAYPAL is possible also. Use convenient "Buy Now" button below. When using PAYPAL, please submit the following form anyway including the cost components, but NOT the credit card data. This will give us a cross check. Currently the PAYPAL method does not include anything but registration fees. (i.e., no extra Proceedings, page charges, etc.

Note_1: Residents of Virginia will be charged 4.5% sales tax for extra Pre-Print document ($TBD)

Note_2: Student, Retiree, 1-Day, and 2-Day  registrants may register at any time with no change in fee (i.e., no late fees). An Awards Luncheon ticket is included in the registration fee for "Full Registrants" and  for "Unsponsored Students & Retirees". 

Note_3: 1-Day and 2-Day Registrants and sponsored students will be assessed an additional $25.00 to attend the luncheon on Wednesday May 18th (2nd day of conference) ... if they so desire.

Note_4: Excess Page charges for authors only. ($50.00/page in excess of 8 pages.)

Registrants may pay JMG directly by check or credit card. VISA, American Express, and Mastercard are accepted by JMG. Checks should be made out to IES-JMG Associates and mailed to IES, c/o JMG Associates Ltd., 8310 Lilac Lane, Alexandria VA 22308-1943.  Note again that the secure PAYPAL Method may also be used.
