The following papers are all those that have been received. We will make every effort to accommodate a majority, if not all, of the papers in one format or another. Those papers that cannot be placed within the limited number of oral presentation "slots" will be automatically placed in a "Standby" status, and may be moved into an "Active" status in the event of sufficient attrition in the designated session or other factors. In addition, affected authors will be offered the opportunity to present their paper is a Poster format. If a full paper is prepared, subject to the conditions specified in the Website, we shall endeavor to publish the written paper as part of the Official Proceedings, even if the paper is not presented orally. This "publication" promise may assist in getting travel approvals, etc.
